CONTEST RULES
  1. The following promotions are intended for users registered as candidates at ClarifyTeam.com.

  2. Contests :
    • Contest 1 :
      • The first 500 registered users who post their complete resume will be entered into Contest 1 and will get a chance to win a USB Flash Drive.
    • Contest 2 :
      • The first 1000 registered users who post their complete resume will be entered Contest 2 and will get a chance to a DELL Inspiron Laptop.
    Note : The winners of contest 1 will not be included in Contest 2.

  3. Contest Period : There is no specific contest time period. Contest 1 ends when the number of registered candidate users reach 500. Contest 2 ends when the number of registered candidate users reach 1000.

  4. Eligibility : Users of age less than 18 are NOT eligible for the contests.

  5. Entry : There is no seperate entry or any registration fee.

  6. Prizes :
    • The 20 lucky winners of Contest 1 will recieve a USB Flash Drive each.
    • The 1 lucky winner of Contest 2 will recieve a DELL Inspiron Laptop.

  7. Winner Selection : Winners are selected using random draw.

  8. Notification : Winners will be notified by e-mail, regular mail and phone within (30) days after the date the winners are determined and must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and accesptance of these legal restrictions within (20) days following attempted notification. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any prize notification returned undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

  9. Winners List : The two contests are subject to these contest rules. Contests entrants agree to abide by the terms of these contest rules and by the decisions of the judge(s), which are final on all matters pertaining to the two contests. A winner's list will be emailed to all the entrants.

  10. Headers : The section headers contained herein are provided for convenience purposes only and shall not be used to modify or interpret the terms of these contest rules.

  11. Severability : In the event that any provision of these Contest Rules is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of the Contest Rules shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of these Legal Contest Rules be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.

  12. All Rights Reserved : ClarifyTeam.com reserves all the rights. ClarifyTeam.com can cancel the promotion anytime without notice. All the registrants waive their option to sue us. In other words, all the registrants agree NOT TO file a law suite against us for any reason. ClarifyTeam.com reserves the right to change the contest rules of its promotions at any time with out notice.
